Josh has been my attorney for all of my four cases (same crime, 3 probation hearings), and just got me off of probation after seven years.  I had worked hard but, to the courts I was just a number. Josh took the probation departments recommendation that I should remain on probation, flipped it on its head, and got the prosecutor and judge to overrule and grant me free of the mistakes of my early 20’s.  I had to rush out of the courtroom, because I was too full of shock and emotion, tears running down my face at the realization of what had just transpired.    I still feel like I am in a dream and that sort of crap only happens in tv shows and movies. Josh just got me off probation after seven years and two blemishes on my record. I had spent the previous two years squeaky clean and completed all of my conditions. Josh got the prosecutor and judge to overrule the probation departments recommendation to keep me, and my probation was terminated. My outlook on life and hope for a bright future has been restored by this man. No bs this man worked the court room so well that when I was crying tears of joy in the hallway outside of the courtroom, the bailiff came out and hugged me and gave me words of encouragement. Incredible day and I still cannot believe it actually happened.

As a teenager, our daughter, as do many children of that age, made some poor choices. She was hanging with the wrong crowd and ended up drinking which led to the involvement of law enforcement. I was sentenced to two 60 years sentence’s ran concurrent, for aggravated assault with a deadly weapon (weapon being my hands) and Assault Family Violence both Felonies. I have had Prior convictions.
